This is the best way to reach us for non-urgent issues. Include as much detail as possible (see below).

Response times are for business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST). We monitor urgent issues outside these hours.


What to Include

Help us help you faster by including:

For Account Issues

  • Your email address
  • Organization name
  • Screenshot of any error messages

For Technical Issues

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Browser and operating system
  • Screenshots or screen recordings

For Document Processing Issues

  • File name and type
  • File size
  • The error message (if any)
  • Whether you can open the file normally

For API/Integration Issues

  • The API endpoint you're calling
  • Request and response (with sensitive data redacted)
  • Error message
  • Code snippet (if applicable)

Before Contacting Support

Try these first:

  3. Try refreshing - Some issues resolve with a page reload
  4. Check your internet connection - Ensure you're connected
  5. Try a different browser - Rule out browser-specific issues

Urgent Issues

For critical issues affecting your entire organization (e.g., complete service outage):

  1. Email support@intellirepo.ai with "URGENT" in the subject line
  2. Include your organization name and a brief description
  3. We prioritize these requests

Feature Requests

Have an idea for IntelliRepo? We'd love to hear it!

Email us at support@intellirepo.ai with:

  • "Feature Request" in the subject line
  • What you're trying to accomplish
  • How the feature would help your workflow

We review all feature requests and use them to guide our roadmap.


Security Issues

If you've discovered a security vulnerability:

  1. Email security@intellirepo.ai
  2. Include details of the vulnerability
  3. Do not publicly disclose until we've addressed it

We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours.


Billing Questions

For billing and subscription questions:

  • Upgrade/downgrade requests
  • Invoice questions
  • Payment issues
  • Plan comparisons

Email support@intellirepo.ai with "Billing" in the subject line.


Enterprise Support

Enterprise customers have access to:

  • Dedicated support contact - Direct line to your account manager
  • Priority response - 4-hour response time
  • Onboarding assistance - Help setting up your organization
  • Training sessions - Get your team up to speed
