Managing Your Subscription
This guide covers how to manage your IntelliRepo subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
Accessing Billing
- Go to Settings
- Click Billing
Only Owners and Admins can access billing settings.
Current Plan Information
The Billing page shows:
- Your current plan
- Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Next billing date
- Payment method on file
- Recent invoices
Upgrading Your Plan
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading when you:
- Consistently hit query limits
- Need more team members
- Want advanced features (audit logs, priority support)
- Need more storage or documents
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment
What Happens
- Immediate access to new limits and features
- Prorated billing - You're charged the difference for the current period
- No downtime - Service continues uninterrupted
Downgrading Your Plan
Before Downgrading
Check that you're within the lower plan's limits:
- Query usage
- Number of documents
- Storage used
- Team size
If you exceed the new limits, you'll need to reduce usage first.
How to Downgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower plan
- Confirm the change
What Happens
- Takes effect next billing cycle - You keep current plan until renewal
- Check limits - Reduce usage if needed before the change
- No refunds - Current period is not prorated
Switching to Annual Billing
Save 10% by switching to annual billing:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Switch to Annual
- Confirm payment
You'll be charged for a full year at the discounted rate.
Canceling Your Subscription
Before Canceling
Consider:
- Downloading any data you need
- The 30-day data retention period after cancellation
- Whether a downgrade might work instead
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Data retained for 30 days after expiration
- Re-subscribe anytime to restore access
Updating Payment Method
Add or Update Card
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
Payment Issues
If a payment fails:
- We retry automatically for a few days
- Admins receive email notifications
- Service continues during grace period
- Update your payment method to resolve
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to Invoice History
- Click any invoice to download PDF
Invoices include:
- Plan charges
- Overage charges (if any)
- Tax (if applicable)
- Payment method used
Overages
If you exceed plan limits:

Overages appear on your next invoice.
Trial to Paid
When your 14-day trial ends:
- Select a plan in Settings > Billing
- Enter payment information
- Confirm subscription
Your trial data is preserved when you subscribe.
Enterprise Billing
Enterprise customers have:
- Custom invoicing options
- Net-30 or Net-60 payment terms
- Annual contracts available
- Dedicated account manager

Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 14 days of payment for refund requests.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing is not available. Consider downgrading to Solo plan instead.
Do prices include tax?
Tax is added where applicable based on your location.
